2. First Interview – A 45-minute virtual conversation with colleagues across geographies.
3. Second Interview – Often the final stage, usually a panel interview with cross-regional staff.
4. Final Interview – For senior roles only, focused on leadership and strategic fit.
5. Written Assessment – Role-dependent, usually completed within 72 hours.
